products seem usefull. I bought market feeder pro and time machine subscription. I had errors and technical issues that I could not solve. 5 days no answers at all from support. They are not answering emails and calls. Answer to me asap

The software doesn't work and the support is non existent.

Genius is some ways but flawed in others. I used it back in 2017 and it hasn't been updated much since then. The bet Automation is brilliant but I don't like the Australian Horse weights sloppily converted from KG to Pounds as an integer. Also I would like to have access the details of Scratched runners to determine the original Min. and Max. weights allocated before scratching. I would also like a Round() function to create my own workarounds.

I wanted to see some history on UK and Aust greyhounds. The amount of FREE data supplied is totally irrelevant when looking at the history. maybe a couple of years of free data would have helped seeing you have MANY years in the database. THEN after using a couple of years of data you could have had a new customer for the next 20 years! I have used a horse racing data supplier in Sydney Australia for the last 26 years!!!!

Clunky layout with a 10 year overdue update. Questionable pricing approach; To use the time machine features, you have 3 accesses to purchase: 1) subscription to use the software 2) access to the time machine feature 3) events you want to use the feature with. That's just too much.
4) After contacting the helpdesk, the response came days after, only to tell me exactly what I already knew.
All in all, I wish I didn't have to use this to test certain strategies

Very reliable vps. I have been using for years and it has always been great. Very good customer service as well.

Yes I have seen pdf and I ask questions in support but I got 1 reply in 5 days. I ask for trigger got not reply. I ask questions in support got half answer.
