I contacted Wes on Saturday with a vague idea of what I needed (my toilet wouldn't stop running) and he was here Monday morning, ready to help. He identified the problem, fixed it, then checked to see if there were any problems thanks to me turning the water off at the toilet ages ago.

He let me know about everything he was doing and then checked out a sink that I was having trouble with (it leaked when I turned the faucet on), even though I had not originally scheduled that. He identified the problem and fixed that too!

He was kind, thorough, and I appreciate every aspect of his help today.

The products are great, but I don't like that the website is made for one to easily buy "the subscription" and not a one-time purchase. I also dislike that it is very difficult to find where to cancel the subscription: the website is made for you to keep buying the products monthly and not to choose freely what do you want and when... Twice I have tried to only buy one product, and twice I have been tricked into buying the subscription because of website layout and checkout. Not buying them again :(

The first request really amazed me since they previously refreshed me by email. Its items and administrations are extraordinary and reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't any better. I will give someone a proposal.
