I discovered Richard and the WellBeing clinic when I was desperate for answers for my child’s debilitating dizziness. My son was in so much distress but no doctor could find a reason and after a year of disappointments from hospitals and doctors, and as a “last resort” I contacted the clinic. They offered me a same day appointment, and Richard found the issue right away, a problem with his neck after a fall. Now my son is thriving and I am so sorry that I didn’t bring him into the clinic as my FIRST choice! I was so impressed I booked myself in to seek help for a 10 year shoulder pain which I had lived with, suffering constant gnawing pain but never thought to seek chiropractic help. I cannot express my gratitude for the relief, and sleep, that Richard has given me. All the years I now realise I wasted by popping pain medications when I could have seen a professional who can find the exact problem and set you to rights again. The entire visit to the clinic is such a pleasure, from the lovely warm cheerful welcome from the reception ladies, to the genuinely caring and gentle Richard with his “magic” hands, he seems to be able to find and fix any problem. I rate this practice and the wonderful people within it, so highly, that I have been recommending every person I know to come along. The practice is the gift of freedom from pain, and for me, it has given me the chance to live, work and thrive and I’m going to enjoy every minute of my pain free life going forward.

I can't rate Wellbeing highly enough. I first attended Ian back in the 1990's for a structural back complaint. He has kept me active and pain free for many years.

I visited the clinic due to back pain which was diagnosed as muscular. After two massages the pain ease and I saw considerable improvement. Can recommend this clinic for efficiency, friendliness and care.

I have used the Well-being clinic at Vernon Gate for many years now and always find Ian and Richard very welcoming and reassuring. Recently, I needed a further visit and received PBM therapy over several sessions. Even after the first session, I could feel a difference and within a period of two to three weeks, my knee had improved immensely.

I had a trapped Femoral Nerve which was extremely painful. I couldn’t walk or stand for long. After having a Consultation with him where he takes your medical history, examines you. He then tells you your diagnosis, how he can help you and what your prognosis is. He explains everything in a down to earth simple way, very positive friendly manner.
I am having the Pbm therapy which is working wonders. I can now walk a few miles and stand with no pain now.
I am just getting my strength back in my thigh muscles now. I’m making steady progress which is brilliant. Thank you.

I have been attending the Well Being Clinic over a period of 20 years, since first being helped to overcome lower back pain caused by a trapped nerve. The expert treatment and care from Richard, Ian and their support staff. is truly inspirational. I look forward to my regular treatments which contribute to my mobility and well being.

I have been attending Wellbeing Clinics for years. I first went after being in a minor accident and was suffering from neck pain. The service is brilliant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The chiropractors are extremely knowledgable and I always feel better after an appointment with them. The whole team are lovely and friendly. It's always reassuring to know I can book an appointment to suit me. Such an excellent service.

Have been using the practice for years now and have always had a positive result. From falling off horses and lifting heavy dogs badly, whiplash injuries and general old age related wear and tear. Last year I had a really bad time with my neck and Richard helped me through this with his usual "oh dear how have you broken yourself now!". I was a bit suspicious of the red light treatment thinking it was all a bit tree hugger and knit your own yoghurt but was really amazed at it. Cant recommend them enough

I have been a client of Ian for a number of years. He always fixes whatever problem I have. I started going with a painful knot at the base of my neck and came out without any pain. He always locates the problem areas as soon as he's been told about it and explains what the problem is and what needs doing. He gives out exercises to do at home if necessary. All in all a very good experience from walking into reception.

I suffer from lower back pain and the first time I visited Ian Reed’s clinic I walked in like an old man, doubled up in pain, and walked out free of pain, like a young man again.
Nowadays when I go for treatment I walk out like an old man.
However, that’s because I am an old man having been seeing Ian for over 40 years. I always walk out pain free whether I have seen Ian or Richard.
I cannot recommend the Wellbeing Clinic too highly for the courteous, friendly receptionists and practitioners, and above all the success of the treatment I receive.

As a long-standing client, I find the service & care at wellbeing, excellent. Starting with the reception staff, they are always friendly, cheerful & very helpful. The chiropractors themselves are brilliant. I’ve been for treatment when I’ve been in terrible pain and I’ve always left feeling better, and knowing how to help myself at home. Appointments for ongoing treatment are always available. All round a great service
