Very childish tour guide Alessandra
I am not happy about the experience my husband and I had with this company. The organization nearly booked the wrong flight for us and the only reason they did not book the wrong flight (and get the wrong dated visa for us) was, that the flight was full and when they told us that, we told them they tried to book the wrong date.
They also send us three emails with different amount of money for certain things. All in all quite unprofessional.
The food was also really simple (ungutted, unscaled fish for 80 percent of all meals) despite there description on the website promising sth more fancy and more variety.
The guide was also not good at managing. When we did a hike with one local guide and her, they were both in the front at all times with the two quick people, leaving the other six searching for the path, which was actually dangerous at some times.
The guide was also not able to appropriately convey what the programm for the next day was, since she was talking really quickly and (despite being teold several times by different people in the group) could not wait for one couple in our group that didn't speak English to get the translation by sb in the group who spoke English and there language.
Also, we talked to other people on Socotra and everybody paid about 30 % less than us.
All in all I highly advise you to stay away from this company
