We hired WRAI to assist with my son’s application for Aliyah. We couldn’t be happier with the support they offered at every step and especially from Aleksandr who was communicative, professional and responsive at all times. We are grateful to Aleksandr and WRAI team that our son is now living out his dream to live and play professional basketball in Israel!

Outstanding service
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Ale from the Personal Service Department. From our very first interaction, it was evident that I was dealing with a true professional who takes pride in his work. Ale consistently responded to all my inquiries promptly during business hours demonstrating both efficiency and expertise. What impressed me most was his ability to provide crystal-clear guidance. He always knew what needed to be done, when and how. His communication was so reliable that I constantly felt supported throughout the entire process, never left wondering about next steps. Ale has this unique combination of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills that makes working with him an absolute pleasure. He doesn't just solve problems,he anticipates needs and delivers solutions before you even realize you need them. In today's world where good customer service is becoming rare, Ale stands out as someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional support. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch professional assistance.

They even lie on the review
They even lie on the review. Thankfully the United States Government doesn’t not put religion on a birth certificate. So for the World Repatriation Agency Israel to write out a missed statement in a time when we should unite. They are just looking for your cash and making things up.

I had an excellent experience with the company that helped me obtain Israeli citizenship. The entire process was fast, smooth, and incredibly efficient. They saved me a huge amount of time and spared me the stress and confusion that usually comes with bureaucracy. Their service was truly outstanding — professional, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to go through this process without the headache. Very highly recommended!
They also helped me repatriate from Israel, making the transition seamless and stress-free.
