Just had my first call with Rachell. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions well. She provided great information and her presentation was easy to follow and understand!

As a newbie to dropshipping, I have have found Wefulfil extremely helpful. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your support!

Good products but wefulfil australia website app system is very very slow but sometimes the products don't import at all even after waiting for 24 hours. slight dissappointing. Another issue is the get started popup will keep popping up when you try to use the account on each and every page despite closing for thousand times. It is so annoying and occupying so much space so you must close it before using the wefulfil page. I wish they fix it soon.

Update: After finishing the review, the popup stopped opening again and again. I think it is forcing you to complete all steps when you get started and learn the system. it is good but way too annoying as it only should remind you several times in a day instead of keep poping up on each and every page. Hope wefulfill team would understand please.

Good customer service. Rachel is very helpful to assist all of my queries. When ever I have questions, she always answers quickly.

Still figuring out the app and the process of integrating products into my store, but so far a pretty good experience with support and onboarding manager. The navigation is quite seamless. Excited to start selling my products with Wefulfil!

Incredible service, very happy! Rachell my on boarding manager has been amazing! Super helpful and very timely response!
