C’est la première fois que je commande chez Wedoskin et je suis très satisfaite. Ma commande est arrivée à temps et en bon état. Je vais certainement commander à nouveau car les prix sont bons et le service client est facile et rapide. Je donne 5 étoiles.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My order was placed begining of january and was not shipped until 6 weeks after!!! Upon purchasing and taking my money, there was no notice of back order or that the products would take that long to be shipped.

I had to purchase the products locally, and spend double that month on skincare. Was even surprised to receive the items at all.

Needless to say will NOT be returning customer.

Quick responsive customer service, when I inquired about delivery timelines. Delivered within 4 business days across the country, with insured delivery. The founder even followed up to make sure I knew my package was delivered within the hour of delivery. Products came neatly and VERY safely packed. Authentic products as is purchased from my medical spa. I will continue to buy all my products from WeDoSkin!

This company is great. They sell amazing products and delivery was fast! The Alumier Line that they carry is my personal fave. Plus, they followed up with me to ensure my package was recieved in good condition. I can appreciate that in today’s market.

Great products. But shipping/ processing times are terrible. Website says 3-10 business days to receive your order. Mine took almost 20. After about 6 days I contacted customer service and was told to expect my order by 10 days. It didnt arrive or ship - had to re contact after anout 13 days and was told one of my products was sold out. Like when were you planning on letting me know ? I was refunded for that product (on request). Thing is it still shows as available on the website. I love the selection but the
Company needs to get their act together. I don’t recommend ordering- choose a different website for your skincare routine
