J’ai reçu le Bear 2 de FOREO WeDoSkin, et cela ressemble beaucoup aux produits HiFu pour le prix d'un traitement à un coût similaire à celui de l’achat du Bear 2. Donc financièrement un gros plus

Le commentaire que j’aimerais faire est qu’il serait important de mentionner lors de l’achat qu’il est absolument nécessaire d’avoir le sérum Supercharged pour faire les traitements. Je regrette de ne pas avoir su que ce sérum était essentiel, car j’ai essayé de faire le traitement avec un gel que j’avais, mais ce n’était vraiment pas agréable. J’ai donc commandé le sérum Supercharged, mais je ne le recevrai pas avant une semaine.

Ce n’est pas grave, mais pour offrir un meilleur service, peut-être serait-il important d’indiquer que le sérum est nécessaire pour effectuer les traitements.

De plus, les instructions sur papier sont écrites en très petit, et cela peut poser problème pour la majorité de votre clientèle féminine de mon âge, dans la cinquantaine. Ce serait donc bien d’avoir une police un peu plus grande pour faciliter la lecture des instructions.

J’ai néanmoins téléchargé l’application, qui est très bien et facilite le processus de traitement, ce qui est un gros plus. Voilà, merci beaucoup, super produit.

I love their products and customer service. The only issue I have is that it takes a while to get the product delivered. It took almost a month for me to receive my product. But aside from that I love it.
