Alison in the Rotherham store was extremely friendly & helpful. Made me feel so at ease & listened to my preferences carefully. Thank you to all the lovely staff for such a great first wedding shop experience!

A wide range of gowns on offer and the assistance from staff is excellent. They listen to what you want and bring the gowns to you in a very large, mirrored fitting room so there’s plenty of room to change and view from every angle. Very professional and patient, offering little extras to go with your choice. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for something special without a pushy sales associate.

Amazing experience and atmosphere from start to finish. The staff are so helpful and don't make you feel pressured at all to purchase a dress if you don't want one. I left with my dream dress and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Found my perfect dress at wed2be and the ladies were so welcoming. Ended up with a dress complete opposite of what I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble & it was an enjoyable relaxing experience. They were busy when we arrived but wasn’t waiting too long & they kept communicating throughout to let us know how long it would be. I cannot praise their service enough your doing a great job for the excited brides to be out there girlys keep up the hard work 😘👰🏼🤵🏻💒💟

It was really personable and nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel really comfortable and had a good laugh and a chat it was a lovely day.. we found the dresses for the bridesmaids and finished off with a lovely brunch

It was such a delight to come to the Rotherham store today, Jamie was so helpful, warm and kind. She was amazing at selecting the dresses that suited me and what I liked. It took only 3 dresses to try on to know I’d found the one! Thank you Jamie and Wed2b. Your selection of dresses are incredible, it’s so hard to pick! I would x1000 recommend others to visit the store as you will certainly find the one!

Both myself and my mum visited the store. We were greeted warmly but then felt like a discreet 'sales pitch' was taking place. The store had a wide variety of dresses and the lady who helped was really good at choosing dresses from the information I gave her. They did mention that they only stock one dress in one size so if you don't buy that day there is a risk of the dress being gone if you were to return. I understand why they tell you this but I felt this was a bit pushy in urging you to buy there and then. I did find a dress I liked out of the selction I tried on. I mentioned that it could do with a bit of sparkle, so the lady added a belt which did give it the extra bit it needed to really pop. She then added a veil and asked me to rate my dress out 5 ( they did this process with each dress). I gave the dress a 5 as it was the nicest I had tried on and felt nice in, but the lady kept saying well if your giving it a 5 then it's 'the one' which I felt was a bit pushy in trying to make you buy the dress. When I had the dress and veil on, I felt like the staff were waiting for me to say I would take, so this created a slight arkwardness when they realised I wasn't going to buy. Overall the dresses were beautiful and the experience gave me an idea of what style I am now looking for. I am no way saying this is a bad store and have read many 5 star reviews. This was just my experience on the day.

I had such a wonderful time at Wed2B in Rotherham. All the staff were so warm and welcoming. Safia was brilliant from start to finish, so helpful and knowledgable, not to mention accommodating and patient as I was quite indecisive and unsure 😆. We finally got there and chose the most gorgeous dress! I’m so excited to wear it for our big day 💒. Highly recommend, it was a great experience and a memory I’ll hold dearly! Thank you 💜

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Wed2B and had the most amazing experience. What I loved most was that the dresses were all picked out for me based on what I described, it made the whole process feel so personal and stress-free. I was able to try on a variety of different styles, including some I wouldn’t have chosen myself, which really helped me find the perfect dress. There was no pressure at all, and I could try on as many dresses as I wanted, which made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout. They made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience finding my wedding dress, I would highly recommend Wed2B to any bride-to-be!

Absolutely fantastic found my dress the first time I went in the shop but ended up going back for it another time. Fantastic service lovely dress would highly recommend.

I said yes to the dress. I came today with my mum and sister and as soon as we walked through the door until we left we had an amazing experience. Luckily when we went we were the only people in the shop so we had the shop to our selves which was lovely. We were taken care off by Layla who is absolutely lovely, she listen to my choices and helped me pick out my dream dress. She didn’t pressure me into buying anything or adding anything on, and took things off which I didn’t want. She was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome by everyone inside. We visited on a Thursday evening after work and had the best experience with Sana and all the other consultants who came over to help me pick my perfect wedding dress. I would definitely recommend wed2b, I can’t wait to wear my dress!
