Sophie was absolutely amazing, she was so welcoming, all staff were. Sophie just knew what I wanted and she was so lovely. Came away with my dream dress

All I can say is Sophie was by far the most wonderful most amazing most fantastic person I have met on my journey in finding a wedding dress. Not only did she find the perfect dress I ended up buying but she was able to find it with the very first dress she selected. I told her what I liked and the little details I was looking for and like magic she was there holding it. I only tried on two dresses because I knew as soon as I tried the first dress I was taking it home with me. Sophie you are amazing 😊

I had an absolutely amazing couple of days with the lovely girls at wed2b trying on gorgeous dresses!! I felt so confident and loved with all the attention I was getting it was brilliant especially walking away with with my fantastic bridal dress for the big day xx

I went into the shop and was immediately greeted by excited and enthusiastic people, who really seemed to care. Emily was the main person who found out dresses for me to try, she found a great selection and encouraged me to try on dresses I hadn’t thought about. Everyone in the shop was so warm and welcoming and we had a lovely experience. A great range of dresses with all different styles and also great accessories for the bridal party and the dress itself. They wrapped and packed everything up so securely. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and I said yes to the dress!

I had such a wonderful experience at Wed2B, all thanks to my stylist, Greta. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and offered thoughtful suggestions that really reflected her knowledge and experience.

Greta was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire appointment. Her expertise truly showed in the way she explained different fits, fabrics, and details, helping me feel confident in every choice I tried on.

What stood out most was how genuine and encouraging she was—never pushy, just completely focused on helping me find *the* dress. And thanks to her, I did… I said yes to the dress!

On top of that, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and relaxed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so grateful for Greta’s help in making such a special moment unforgettable.

Everyone was so extremely helpful and helped me find my dress so quickly! It’s so perfect and my experience couldn’t have been better. Molly helped me so much and made everything so special. The worst part is now I have to wait to wear my gorgeous dress again!!! ❤️

Such a brilliant experience. I was shopping with 4/5 of my bridesmaids, my mum, and my aunty. We were all accommodated for at about 11am on a Saturday morning, without any hesitation. We were made aware that there may be a wait, but this was only a few minutes. The whole process was so much more supportive, structured and simple than the two other places (independent boutiques) we had been that morning. I'll be honest, I had originally planned to go to Wed2b as a last resort, however, the service, choice, and experience trumped the independent shops. Prices were pretty similar across the board, and I appreciate it's important to support local businesses, however, it was a really welcome surprise that Storm at Wed2b Norwich was really engaged and excited with my plan, and helping me bring it to life, and having such a fantastic appointment. I was really glad to have gone there. Would recommend highly in the future!

We love the dress and we had very good service, but we were shocked after we paid to discover we’d been charged £10 for the dress carrier and a further £5 for a hanger!!! These charges were not explained up front, as in “if you’d like us to put it in a bag it’s a further………….. so that was very disappointing

I felt welcomed and listened to from start to finish. My consultant Emily was very friendly, professional and patient. She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered expert advice without any pressure.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the lady working that day was amazing.

Upon my visit at Wed2b in Norwich, I was immediately welcomed by polite and warm staff, that then guided me to the fitting rooms. Emily took care of me during all the fittings, she was so kind and professional. SHe asked all the important questions, guided me through me preferences and then picked pout dresses for me to try. Although, the first one was not the one I bought, it was still exactly fitting to my wishes. After two dresses only we found the perfect dress for me! Emily and the staff was very patient at allowing me to try dresses on again and again, as well as stay in the dress for a while until I made my decision. They were very honest and complimentary which made my whole experience just very pleasant!
I would strongly recommend wed2b, as their choice is very wide, staff is lovely and knowledgeable and the dresses affordable! I left with my dress on the day very very satisfied!

Claudia in Norwich wed2b store was absolutely fantastic. She made my friend who said yes to the dress feel so comfortable and at home. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend felt beautiful no matter what she wore. She truly made it a special experience. We could not have been anymore thankful for the amazing support Claudia gave us. Truly an amazing asset to the Norwich Wed2b store !
