I’ve had experiences with wed2be previously as someone else’s bridesmaid and felt the experience was amazing for me. Wanting to give my girls the same experience I chose to go back to get their dresses.
Unfortunately I was disappointed in the original visit as most of the dresses were either baggy and ripped or had broken zips, meaning the girls couldn’t get a realistic idea of how the dresses would sit. I raised this with the company a few days later and started looking elsewhere, however, my maid of honor had fallen in love with one of the dresses and so I decided to go back and try again. The dresses seemed more fitting this time, no broken zips and we got more of an idea. The girls each picked a dress and I made my purchase. I did ask the staff if I was able to get one dress sent to a wed2be in Telford as that’s where one of the girls lives but she didn’t seem to know. Said that I could place two orders instead with this delivery dress but the dresses may not be cut from the same cloth and as a consequence may be a different colour. I decided to buy them together and send it myself.
Upon collecting the dresses, I was again rather deflated. There were two members of staff on, one was lovely whilst the other quite rude. I was asked ‘do you want a hanger and a bag’, to which the answer was of course. Upon leaving I was informed this was an additional £50. I feel this cost was hidden, I was not told this when offered the bags and hangers and I wasn’t told about it upon purchase so that I could prepare and bring my own. From experience, I know that I need to check the dresses over because once I have left the shop they accept no responsibility if something is wrong. This was not offered and I had to request it, meaning they had to be unbagged again in order for me to do this.
Overall the dresses are beautiful but I feel the experience as a bride to be was not as pleasant as previous. And a hidden additional coat of £50 is crazy when I had just spent £450 on the dresses themselves.

I visited the Hull store last Saturday and on arrival had the warmest welcome from the gorgeous Kalise who then became our consultant. Being an older bride I've been nervous about finding my dress but the day was perfect from start to finish. The dresses are more beautiful than the photos are able to show and there were many styles to choose from in my size. The prices are very reasonable and its so helpful that they're on the website unlike most other stores. The atmosphere was relaxed but professional, friendly and unrushed. I cant recommend this store highly enough, all of the staff we met were so lovely but I have to say a massive thank you to Kalise not only for helping me choose the perfect dress but you made the whole experience so personal and everything I hoped it would be x

Was a lovely relaxed experience and the women who helped were great! I walked away with my dress!!!

From the moment I stepped into the store with my mum and twin sister, we were welcomed immediately by Hayley who got us sorted straight away with the wonderful Dani. Luckily today there was no queues and we were able to get started straight away with the process. Dani told us a little bit about Wed2be, explained how it was going to work and made us feel super comfortable. She selected a number of dresses based on the information I gave and all of them were beautiful in different ways. I managed to find the perfect dress thanks to Dani who listened so well to all the feedback I gave about each dress to find me the perfect one - Hayley was also my biggest cheerleader for every dress I tried on!
Thank you ladies for the amazing experience and helping me say yes to the dress.

I was skeptical at first with the way this store operates, with staff choosing and bringing dresses to you, but it ended up being fun and extremely helpful. I found my dream dress!

I had an amazing experience at WED2B and I can't thank Danielle enough! She actually picked out the very first dress I tried on, and it ended up being the one :) She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. All the staff are so lovely!

I went on a Saturday around 11am there was a little wait for a consultant but nothing to long I showed one of them a picture of the style of dress I liked and then we where taken in the the fitting room area we had a lovely consultant called Danielle who spoke to us about what we was going to do and then she started pulling dresses for me which I enjoyed as I felt very overwhelmed she made me feel very comfortable and was listening to me when I was saying about elements of dresses I liked and didn’t like. ultimately I found a dress which from Danielle’s help and knowledge I added elements to the dress to make it perfect for me
I couldn’t not recommend the store enough I just want to say thank you to Danielle for making the experience amazing

My experience was perfect!! I was looked after by each staff from the minute I arrived with my family. Demi-Leigh who was my personal assistant in helping me find my wedding dress; was caring, took onboard mine and my families feedback of each dress and did not rush my experience. I felt that I could really connect with Demi-Leigh! 😊 I would highly recommend Wed2b in Hull, if you are still trying to find your perfect wedding dress!!

Demi was absolutely amazing so was just what I needed. First time visit a bridal shop and I was so overwhelmed. The staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked on. Demi was friendly, fun and made me feel relaxed from the start, she helped me find my dream dress and I said "yes to the dress" Ive been on such a high since visit and cant thanks her enough for helping me 💖💖 xx

We went to look at bridesmaids dresses and were met at the door by a friendly team. After explaining how everything worked, styles, colours, sizes etc, we were left to browse through and pick out a variety of dresses. The sales assistant popped back and forth to assist as needed. There was no pressure at any point. After all 3 bridesmaids had tried on all the dresses they wanted and decided which they would like, the sales assistant talked us through the purchase including timescales.
Everyone had a lovely experience in a relaxed environment.
