Maddie at the Forge Glasgow is amazing at her job .

The girl was lovely throughout the full experience but at the end it was very up sale like you had to take all the hangers, bags and boxes which ended up adding a further £200 on to it, now she’s asking would you like a gold or silver hanger I’m like any, this was put as if it wasn’t an extra cost until she ran through the receipt, and actually I don’t need at all because I have a personalised hanger. So good experience until it came to the sale!

I had an amazing experience in wed2b at the forge. Maddie was a brilliant help and very informative, she made me feel at ease and I said yes to the dress !

I popped into the Glasgow forge store to try on a dress I had seen online. I recently purchased a dress with wed2be Glasgow but had a change of heart, I was made to feel very welcome in Glasgow forge and nothing was too much hassle. Jessie was amazing and helped me so much. I purchased my perfect dress! Thank you so much again Jessie! X

I went into the Wed2Be Glasgow store very stressed trying to find a wedding dress after falling out of love with my original dress. The ladies who helped me (so sorry I forgot your names), were so patience and reassuring! Each time I tried on a dress they asked what I liked and didn't like about it and picked more samples of what I liked. I did show them two dresses I saw online which they didn't have in my size. However, they called the Glasgow Forge shop and they had them. Chloe at the Forge got the dresses in a changing room and was ready for me zooming over here. After trying on both, I decided on one of them.

Thank you to the girls at both stores, they were amazing, super knowledgeable on the dresses and calmed me right down!

I went into wed2be at Glasgow and the forge. I only purchased a dress in the forge store. I feel I purchased the best out a bad bunch and pressured into buying it being told “if you leave this store it will go back in the rail for sale” I knew this was the case but I felt ao pressured and panicked at this statement I bought it there and then!
I literally left it in their hands to guide me as I had never tried wedding dresses on before. The dresses were chosen for me in different styles and fabric, along with ones that were simply too small in size. I have photos to back this up. Long story short . I tried on an a line dress and looked ridiculous in it.
I then purchased Robbie. I now have put Robbie up for sale and purchased an a line dress. The knowledge of the girls in store compared to other stores I have now been visited isn’t great, I know they can only work with what they have got but as a first time bride to be I was looking for guidance and knowledge wether that means I buy from them or not.
Ladies do your homework first and go to the independent stores where they care and have your best interest and want you to be happy not panic buying their dresses.
I’m now £850 worse off with a whole wedding tomatillo to pay for.

This was my first wedding dress shopping experience and it was truly amazing, Chloe was absolutely amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much bother and she kept me informed of everything about dresses, accessories etc.
It was lovely being in amongst other brides trying on their dresses and everyone just in high spirits.
It was just perfect right down to the choices of dresses. Can't believe i said yes to my perfect dress! Thank you so much girls!

I went in today after trying on 15 dresses from loads of other bridal shops and very feeling hopeless until I met Ellie who picked out my dream dress. From the minute I went into the store until I left, Ellie was on hand to help and answer questions. I was not expecting to be leaving the store with a dress but after explaining my likes and dislikes, Ellie picked out a dress that was perfect!
Thank you to both girls, Alex and Ellie. I will never be able to thank Ellie enough!

I've had 2 positive experiences in Wed2b at the Glasgow Forge shopping centre. As this was my first time trying dresses on I was a little nervous, so I only took my parents with me.

The consultant I had Maddie (Madeline) could not have been any more helpful. Maddie was great at listening to what I liked (lace, sparkle etc) and what my everyday size was. She was able to find some beautiful dresses for me to try on.

I said yes to the dress on my first visit. The dress I went for isn't my normal style but I loved every part of it.

They were able to keep my dress and accessories in storage until I could bring my bridesmaids so they could see the dress.

My second visit I took my bridesmaids with me and they also got to try some of the sample bridesmaids dresses on. They have a range of different styles between chiffon or satin in bridesmaids dresses, which are made to order.

Maddie and Alex were both very helpful with my bridesmaids. On both occasions the girls were so attentive and made sure I was alright during the full process between trying on each dress and how you rated the each dress between 1-5, which helped a lot.

I went on a Monday then on the Saturday. During the week is definitely quieter. Saturday was more busier but the ladies in store were so helpful and didn't feel rushed at all.

I would highly recommend the Glasgow Forge Shop to everyone who was looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses as the ladies were amazing. I loved the personalised message card from Maddie inside my wedding accessories bag.

From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and at ease, nothing was too much of an ask. Jessica and the rest of the team at the Glasgow Forge store were so friendly and professional. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Went in today to see some dresses I loved online and check if they were in stock. I had Honour as my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing from the first second. She took the time to understand our wedding, what I liked and managed to find the most stunning dress for me. Which was not something I thought about before she brought it out as it was different to the ones I liked online - just shows that she understood my style, type of wedding and knew what would suit me best. Once it was on me I knew instantly that it was my dress!! Couldn’t be happier with it - and I never felt pressured to buy any extras either (although I did) it was not due to her being pushy. In fact she was very upfront and told me to take anything off I didn’t want or need which actually made me get them accessories from her. Nothing worse than feeling pressured to buy something on the spot, so I really loved how she was with it. So so happy! A lovely store, honour was brilliant as were the other girls today too. Thanks again!!

I really can't thank you girls enough. I arrived as a curvy lady with zero confidence and left feeling a million dollars!!!

So kind, patient, so much product knowledge, it's hard to believe this shop has only been open a short period because you would think they have worked there for years!!!

Visited the store in Glasgow forge and am so happy that I've found the dress of my dreams!! The staff were brilliant from start to finish. I had the most relaxing experience finding my dress!! Abi was amazing! Abi listened closely to what I was looking for and help me explore options I would never have considered and I ended up walking away with the perfect dress. Being autistic I was really worried about dress shopping, but Abi made it a fun and comfortable experience and was super understanding of my sensory issues. 10/10! 5 stars!

Wish I’d came to wed 2 be first as I got a dress from another shop I waited 5 months for then didn’t like it, the girls at wed 2 be were so helpful when I purchased my dress from them even got my satin dressing gown my something blue my airport carry on bags underskirt all which I never got in first shop, highly recommend x

What made it special was the staff so friendly n helpful n so many dresses to choose from . I would recommend wed2b to family n freind was happy with my dress n overall experience x

Had a lovely time shopping for my wedding dress today for the first time! I was served by Maddie who was so lovely and helpful and really listened to what I wanted and I said yes to the dress! so excited!
