First time wedding dress shopping at Wed2B in Fleetwood. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to wear a wedding dress. I never dress up so the thought of it felt foreign. And I’m also going to be 30 weeks pregnant when I do get married. I thought I’d just look silly. But Lisa truly brought out the princess in me with every gown I tried. She met the task at hand with ease, picking out dresses that could adapt to my changing body, and demonstrating to me where the changes would be. She listened carefully to what I liked and didn’t like. Yet even though I went in with one idea of what I thought I’d like, I came out with the complete opposite. She was so patient with my initial indecisiveness. She made the experience so personal and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t believe I said yes to the dress. Feel like a magical fairy princess. Can’t wait to walk down the aisle carrying our daughter in my beautiful dress

The girls were just amazing!! So knowledgeable and they just got it right. I felt really comfortable throughout and Lisa was outstanding, I couldn’t have asked for more. She really did make this experience the best I could have hoped for. What a credit to your store. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave me so many ideas and options. Fabulous!!

Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

Had a lovely experience with the staff. We were the only ones there so all staff were present for the duration of the fittings. Offered recommendations, tried a variety of dresses but the first was the “yes” dress. Thank you guys!

Lisa was my consultant and she was so lovely, knowledgeable and super helpful.
I ended up finding my dream dress and I’m over the moon.

Despite not having the dresses I had intended to try, the ladies did everything to find me similar styles and described them wonderfully. I didn't expect to find a dress that ticked every box but they did and she's beautiful!

I visited Wed2b with no clear vision or expectations, but Lisa made the entire experience an absolute dream. She truly listened to my thoughts and feelings, pulling dresses that took everything I said into consideration. Lisa was incredibly polite and friendly, clearly explaining the whole process as we went along. I felt so supported and heard—thank you, Lisa, for making this such a special moment!

I was nervous about shopping for my wedding dress as I'm hugely indecisive and don't like all eyes on me. Lisa at the Fleetwood store immediately put me at ease. She was so lovely and asked me about the venue to get a feeling for the type of dress that would suit and asked me questions about what I liked and didn't. She chose some beautiful options for me and you could tell she cared a great deal about her work and the dresses. I am a curvier size and had been worried about being made to feel bad about this as I have in the past in clothes stores - this wasn't the case at all, Lisa mentioned size once to gauge which ones to bring out and then never again after that. I felt so much more confident trying dresses on and chose one I didn't feel like I needed to alter my body for which is how it should be.
I found my dress! The prices are very good and the quality of the dresses are comparable to boutique bridal stores. Really lovely experience thank you

Excellent service

Kathleen and the other lady were wonderful; it’s a bit awkward trying dresses on and being topless but they were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much to ask and they listened to what I wanted which was important to me. I found my dress on the first go at looking for one!
They thought of things that I hadn’t and I left feeling happy and reassured. My dress has been packed perfectly and looked after, she answered questions for me about how to get it abroad and what to expect with the seamstress; just 10/10 for someone who’s going for the first time to dress shop.
She had me imagine my wedding and almost made me cry then did a ‘say yes to the dress’ experience and took photos of me and my party which I wouldn’t have thought to do. Overall wonderful experience and I’m very happy! Thank you to Kathleen at the Fleetwood store and the other lady that helped that day.

I visited the Fleetwood store over the weekend and met Natalia. She was so lovely and so helpful throughout the experience. I'm not one to get dressed up so thought I would be uncomfortable throughout. However Natalia put me at ease and I did end up walking out the shop with the perfect wedding dress! I would definitely recommend
