Although the staff were freindly, I felt like I wasn't being listened to. I said multiple times the style I wanted and what I didn't want and I was only brought what I didn't want. I tried to stay possitive but every dress that came just deminished my hope of finding the one. I'm an 8 usually but I was brought dresses in a 10-12 that were unflattering and just not my style in the slightest. I came away feeling insecure and uncomfortable if I'm being honest. I was almost brought to tears by the whole experienxce which I'm devastated about because I've heard such great things about this place.

From the moment we walked in Cara was extremely friendly and kind, taking the time to really get to know you and your desires for your dress. She listened very attentively and constantly made me feel pretty and seen! Her choices were impeccable and she showed every single possibility when it came to styling a dress. Cara was made to help brides find their dresses!!!!!

The girl who was working with us in Dublin was very new and very inexperienced. She was lovely and kind but just didn't really know what she was doing and didnt listen to what i wanted. I ended up getting a dress and my bridesmaids dresses (on a different date - no one helped us we had to get our own). The girl said the dress would look better it just needed to be altered, I brought it to be altered and the lady said I should have been given a dress at least 2 sizes smaller as it was desperately too big for me but the girl in wed2b insisted I was a size 22 when I should have left with an 18. The alterations are costing me hundreds now and it has really dampened my whole wedding dress experience and i am devastated because I was only able to try on the dresses in a 22 and not my actual size. My dream dress could have been available but were never brought to me. I specifically asked for a square neck dress but none were brought to me as there were none in a 22.

I went wedding dress shopping in Wed2Be Dublin and had the best experience. Ann was absolutely brilliant when it came to picking the right dress for me. Ann made the whole experience so enjoyable for me and my family with her expertise and sense of humour.

I would just like to thank Michele in customer service,I rang up this morning to ask about a fur cape and she was so helpful and when I got to the showrooms Negar and Alex were so helpful they had it ready and all. Thank you for great customer service From Teresa Donohoe.

When I went into wed2b I wasn’t sure I’d find my dress, but I have to say the girls in the Dublin wed2b store are so lovely and they listened to what I was looking for ,would highly recommend this store ❤️thanks girlie’s for all the help 🥰

We were made feel so welcome by all the staff in Wed2b Dublin. They listened to what I was looking for in a dress and no request was too much. They let me take as much time as I needed including trying on the same dress more then once!!
I would 110% reccommend this store.

Went bridesmaids dress shopping in the Dublin store with my Mam & 2 bridesmaids yesterday.. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience - We first walked in & taut the place looked really nice but there wasnt anyone there, then 2 staff arrived from the back & one staff member checked us in but just wasn't overly professional & just made a comment about not having people just walking around without being signed in or something & I just didn't like the attitude from the get go.. Then we were shown to an area where there were 2 racks of bridesmaid dresses (crepe or satin options), very limited colour range & only certain colours were available in each material & there is also a very limited amount of dress styles also so it is very limited.. The staff member we got just didn't seem very bothered with us & sped thru the options when she first started talking to us that my sister had to stop her & ask her to repeat everything.. It just wasn't anything like the other experiences we had in other places & were in & out in 30minutes.. They seem to be a predominantly bridal dress shop so might be good for selections in those dresses but for bridesmaid dresses, I would recommend looking online first to see if there is anything you like before wasting time with a visit. Their price point though is brilliant vs most other places but quality I'm not sure about so can't comment

I had an amazing experience with Ann yesterday (March 28th). I recently had a baby and was so nervous about trying on dresses but Ann made me feel so relaxed and the appointment was so much fun! I loved one of the dresses but had another appointment locally so Ann kept the dress safe for me and I went back and purchased it straight after my other appointment. Ann was also so lovely to my mom. It was such a great experience, would highly recommend if you are looking for an off the peg dress, thank you Ann!

Went into Wed2b and met with Diana today and had a great experience. She made shopping for my wedding dress a memorable moment for myself and my family. Very friendly, as well as experienced in dresses. Had a quick chat before we started on dresses and she knew exactly the style I was going for. She picked out a few to try on, all beautiful! I couldn’t thank her enough. Would highly recommend.

Clodagh, you're an absolute gem! From start to finish, she made me feel so at ease and relaxed and I could tell she was genuinely invested in me finding the perfect dress. I had a great experience today in the shop, will be recommending Wed2b to everyone. I walked out with my dream dress today. Thank you again Clodagh!

Had a great experience. What particularly stood out was how easy the customer service chat made it when there was an issue with one of the bridesmaid dresses. Upon sending them photos of the issues they allowed me to exchange it. The staff in the shop are very good also but a big thank you to the online team

We visited the Manchester Arndale store. Meyiwa was my consultant and she helped me find me my dress and it’s everything I could have wanted! I originally had my heart set on “Lenni” but it wasn’t right! Although similar to the dress I ended up falling in love with it wasn’t right at all! Meyiwa was patient and so helpful from start to finish. It was my very first time trying on dresses and it was brilliant! I can’t thank her enough for all her help! I can’t stop looking at the pictures of my dress! And I can’t wait to wear it!

I loved that i could have a browse of dresses first, so I could pick out what i liked to try on. Service was excellent!

I said yes to the dress in Wed2b Dublin today and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The lovely Alex was looking after me today. She really made the experience special she listened to what I liked and what I was looking for. She made suggestions when I couldn’t pinpoint what the dress was missing for me. I like the way she spoke to me before we showed the dresses to who I was with, So she knew what I really thought. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like I was the only person in the shop as Alex gave me all of her attention helped me dress and undress. No booking fee to try on dresses. All dresses as reasonable price. I’m really delighted with my purchase. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Unreal service. Ann was amazing! Came in believing I wouldn’t buy a dress and left with my dream dress :) definitely recommend

Zoe looked after me and she is so professional. She made my experience very special. She was able to show me dresses that I liked by listening to what my preference were. I was able to chose my dress on tbe 4th fit. Thank you Zoe for making my day special
