Angel was very polite and was very helpful to find and choose my dream dress. I cannot thank her enough. Only thing I would suggest is since we spend so much time and money, offering some sort of drinks would add value to the service just and opinion otherwise 10/10.

The trying on part was great and the ladies were lovely and friendly. However the horrible experience happened once I had paid. I realised by looking at the receipt that boxes, hangers and bags were chargeable, which I was not told about prior, nor was I given an opportunity to decline these. I then saw that I got charged for an underskirt which I never said I wanted as my dress does not need it due to being lace at the stomach area with a very low back. It feels sneaky to be honest. After speaking to customer service it came to light that the underskirt provided in my bag was not even the one I tried on in the shop. Meaning I have no idea how this is going to look now. I have been given one that has a low back, but again this is not what I agreed to or what I tried on on the day either. I fa to understand how wed2b deem it acceptable to put something in someone’s bag and charge them for it without their knowledge.
To be honest after this experience I would avoid this shop entirely. Or ask for a breakdown of costs prior to handing your money over as they won’t refund you.

Some of the members who work here are lovely and are really helpful one of the women however and I didn’t catch her name is a bit obnoxious is the best word I can think to use.
She asked all of the bridesmaids their sizes which is fine but then loudly shouted the sizes out which made the youngest very self conscious in front of people she had met twice. It wasn’t very considerate. Then when picking up the dresses was a bit lippy when asked a question. When I went for my second dress I decided to go else where due to feeling uncomfortable.

My dress I bought at this store was also damaged when I bought it and the lace in the corset was snagged which is a shame because I wasn’t made aware of this when I purchased it which is a bit dishonest.

Chloe & Angel were incredible in helping me find my dream dress. Wonderful people and so professional! Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish! Thank you both for making it so special.

All staff were so friendly & accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they made an experience I wasn’t looking forward to as hate shopping for clothes in general, let alone a wedding dress, much easier and stress free.

This shop was amazing. So much choice, large, bright and clean.
The staff were so friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. Ruby helped me pick my perfect dress, she was patient and gave really good advice.
Would recommend this shop to all brides to be. Thank you all

The staff were very attentive and we had support to go through the styles which made the experience not as overwhelming as I was thinking it would be.

Friendly staff, lovely dresses at a reasonable price. Only thing that made my experience less enjoyable was the fact that they charge a lot of money for the boxes, bags and hangers to store your dress & veil in. This came as a surprise as I was not asked and it was not mentioned to me at all which I found cheeky and unprofessional. wish I had checked the receipt properly before leaving the store.

This was my first time in a bridal store to look for my dream dress. From the moment I walked in I felt important, as the lovely Ruby greeted myself, my sister and mum. Ruby informed me of everything I needed to know and was so warm and welcoming. When trying on dresses, Ruby went out of her way to make me feel special and important and most of beautiful in each dress I tried on. My maid of honour my sister, was also able to try on a few of their beautiful bridesmaid dresses which was lovely. Ruby helped me find my dream dress and I walked away feeling so excited and happy that I had found the one. Ruby told me that she had only been working at wed2b for a year and it was her favourite job she has ever worked, I can see why as she is made for the role, 10 of 10! Thank you for helping me find my beautiful dress I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day, I am a very happy bride to be!

My bridal party and myself were welcomed with open arms. From walking through the door to saying yes to the dress and leaving it was the most amazing experience. I honestly cannot thank the staff enough and especially Alara who was outstanding in helping me try dresses on!!! So so happy!!! Thank you to everyone at Wed2b Chelmsford xxxx

Thank you Wed2be! From me coming just to try styles to unexpectedly finding my dream dress, your team was super professional and helpful. The actual trying on was very respectful and easy considering I am a bit anxious and self conscious it amazingly took that feeling away and left me feeling beautiful in my dress! The only mention would be clearly disclosing the additional items people have to pay for, it is a day to day process in your job, but brand new for every bride. A sit down at the end and going through the prices would be nicer but appreciate it is all needed. I am overall very happy with the options, staff, respect and coming home with my dream dress that day! No waiting.

Amazing experience!!!

I went to a few bridal shops and Wed2b Chelmsford was by far the best. It was so professional, the staff all knew what they were talking about and gave advice on how dresses could be altered if necessary. The selection was huge and it was very clean and all the dresses were in bags so could not be touched/get marks on by everyone. All the staff were very friendly and seemed excited about helping me to find a dress but not pushy at all to make a sale. Ruby was the bridal assistant who helped me try on and was so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable with a process I was quite nervous about to start with. I explained what sort of dress I was after and she picked some out, as well as letting me pick some to try too. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on which was one she picked for me! Thank you Ruby! X

I’m not an overly girly girl, so I was very nervous to go wedding dress shopping. Ruby was fantastic. She helped me relax and made me laugh. She listened and wasn’t offended when I didn’t like something. The second dress she picked out was the one! Ruby then suggested I go away and think about it before committing to the dress. I felt absolutely no pressure, however came back an hour later and brought it! Every staff member there was lovely and made me feel really welcome. Thank you ☺️

My experience at wed2b was fantastic Ruby, Alara and Ella were very helpful nothing was to much for them helped all the way through and I have found my dream dress

I dealt with Amy at the Chelmsford branch and as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. Made to feel very comfortable whist try on dresses and all the girls offered their professional but personal opinions and I said Yes to my dress! 🥰 lovely ladies there, couldn’t recommend these guys enough
