Great service

Would highly recommend.

Item arrived "Smashed to Smithereens"
Item arrived "Smashed to Smithereens", there was no protection, not even the usual “Handle with care FRAGILE” written on it, and yet the postage cost was almost 50% of the items value. Emailed immediately; Not a single reply!

We're sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review as we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service. We haven't received an email at canwehelp@wed-online.com from you. We do make it easy to get in touch by clearly displaying our phone number and offering an online chat. If we had spoken to you, we would have been able to help.
All of our parcels are carefully wrapped by our experienced warehouse team. Unfortunately we use a 3rd party courier who we have no control over. The proof of delivery photo doesn’t show any damage on the parcel.
Once again, we’re sorry you’re disappointed.
