Great service with the team
Great service with the team by phone to arrange a removal of my father’s Stannah stairlift. Very transparent offer and Braden the engineer arrived on time and removed the stairlift quickly, cleanly and in a very professional way. So much better than Stannah !

Redundant Stairlift
Made contact on Sunday & the stairlift was removed on the following Thursday + I’m £150 better off. What a result. Matt arrived on time & the stairlift was removed in approx. 30 mins. Highly recommended

Booking was easy online and I got a date for removal after not waiting too long. Braden arrived and removed stairlift without any issues. I paid the balance due and have now received a receipt for the total amount paid. Thank you.

Great experience
The customer service team were very quick with answering my enquiries and were fully transparent with what they could offer me. The stairlift engineer Braden arrived on time, was polite and very efficient. It looks like there was never a stairlift installed after he was finished. Cash received at the end. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

Great service and staff - 5 stars !
Bradon turned up on time, smiley, friendly and removed the stairlift really quickly. Cash in an envelope counted out and job done. Great service, great chap. E- mailing photos and interaction/ emails with the company to make the booking and helpful info such as where to look for the serial number of the stairlift was also great. Would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Very poor offer
Very poor offer, only £100 for a stairlift that probably cost in the region of £5,000 new. Fortunately there are others out there that will pay much more, and in my experience give a very good service.

We would like to clarify that the stairlift in question is approximately 8 years old and i'm afraid that it wouldn't be viable for us to recycle parts from it successfully. The health & safety of our engineers is also paramount and making sure that they would be able to carry out the removal safely is extremely important to us.

The staff member who came to dismantle…
The staff member who came to dismantle the stairlift was at the house early but was happy to wait if we had required him to. He was very polite, efficient and careful. The staff on the phone we also very polite and sorted a date out nice and quickly. Very pleased with the service.
