It was a pleasant experience but as I expected the online offer was nowhere near initial offer. They also charge above standard rate for title and tag transfer. I am just glad to have old car gone.

Giovanni was honest and friendly as I was with him. He inspected and test drove my low mileage 19 year old Pontiac G6 GT convertible which was showing some of it’s age. I didn’t use the top for a few years because of it possibly getting stuck in the down position. He understood the situation and gave me an offer I excepted.

The guys working there were great. Very communicative, and walked me through all of the steps of what they were looking for/at when buying my car.
