Simple and Smooth Process
Both Roderick and Tyrell were very professional, informative & made the whole process go smoothly. Only minor thing that didn't quite understand was when we submitted car for valuation prior to first appointment the valuation price went up $100 from previous valuation. However the valuation/offer we received during the appointment went down $100 from the original offer that was made on the car 2 weeks prior during our first appointment.

We weren't sure what to expect since we've never sold a car using this process. Tyrell put us at ease and explained everything clearly. The process couldn't have been easier. In less than an hour we were on our way with a check in hand.
