Overall, a very good experience!
Overall, a very good experience. The process was smooth and well organized. The only improvement would be the processing time. It took 90 minutes on a weekend to complete the transaction. Chase was very helpful and let us know each step and when it would take longer due to a weekend backlog.

My car sale with the branch manager Chase at the West Chester PA office was an outstanding, pleasant and professional experience.
I strongly recommend that you get a fair and equitable quote from Chase if you’re buying a new vehicle. You will almost certainly get more for your trade than at a your new or used car dealer. Add it to your todo list for your next purchase.
