I talked to Justin a timer or two on the phone very polite, young man he made a reasonable time in the morning which was fine. He introduced himself went right to work paperwork inspecting a truck. Everything went smooth and he explained everything to us. What was going on? He socialized a little bit not a lot but enough you know yeah you chat and everybody feels comfortable, which made me feel good Then he took us outside and explain what was going on with everything what this needed that and then explained all the paperwork had me sign things the whole time listening to my little stories he got through the paperwork. I signed everything said thank you he said thank you. We all went on our way. I had a good experience. I like people that who communicate a little better than most, especially in north upper central New Jersey lotta Philly people there you know what I mean they’re usually not quite as nice but he was a good man. I had a smooth time and happy as what he did for me. Thank you you have a nice day

While not getting the quoted price I was still treated fairly and the experience was good. It also took less than an hour! I definitely would recommend using them. The process was very easy! Justin did a great job!
