It really was an easy, quick, painless and more than fair process. Was a leased vehicle, which they paid off the lease and I walked away with cash, much more then the dealer was offering me.

Was selling my 2002 Saturn SL-2 to said company. Was company valued at $735 dollars 5/7/2025.
Excellent offer! Emailed company twice 5/10/2025 and again 5/20 to accept offer and to keep company properly informed as to Saturns current primary need for a new fuel pump and fuel pressure sensor to pass state emissions mandate.
Branch manager and assistant manager did not read both dated email messages.
Upon learning that my Saturn needed the above two items first and foremost in addition to two other quite minor items via phone contact with me 5/20, the Branch manager informed me the $735 dollars offer was no longer valid.
He was simply not aware of my previous two emails from 5/10 and 5/20 for the purpose of keeping the Branch manager and his assistant properly informed upfront.
His tentative on the phone new evaluation offer would now dictate a low of $100 dollars to a possible high of $600 dollars.
Gratefully, as of 5/20 Tuesday afternoon, my Saturn has been sold to a local Jackson resident for $650 dollars.
I would politely suggest to We Buy Any Car USA, read your emails more consistently from possible sellers to avoid misunderstandings between prospective sellers and your Branch location.
