The people we dealt with were polite and courteous. No problems there. The problem is the company policies. Was told on initial phone inquiry that the car must be driveable or the value would only be $100. After spending over $500 (New Battery, inspection, etc.) and after WeBuyAnyCar inspection, we were offered $100. After mentioning a $500 counter offer we were offered $400. The precious metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium) in the catalytic converter alone, are certainly worth more than $400. We didn't haggle and took the offer. In retrospect, we probably should have went another route.

- Exterior & Structural: Cracked bumper, , damaged side mirror housing, damaged alloy wheel, and multiple areas of rust (door, fender, hood, both rocker panels).
- Mechanical: Worn front brake pads and suspension noise..
These factors significantly impact the resale value and required reconditioning costs. While we understand your point about the catalytic converter, our valuation reflects the vehicle as a whole, including its condition and market demand. We are not a junkyard, and do not break down vehicles for parts.
