Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your appointment. We’re sorry we couldn’t deliver a positive experience and we’re eager to connect with you to address your concerns. We take customer feedback seriously, and our leadership team has made many attempts to reach you regarding this issue.

We pride ourselves on transparency, we want customers to understand why we arrived at the valuation we did. Hopefully you were invited to join us during the physical appraisal of your vehicle, and everything was communicated to you clearly throughout your appointment.

Condition plays an important role in a vehicle's resale value. No two vehicles are the same, and like any reputable buyer, we need to confirm a vehicle's condition by performing a physical inspection at our branch. Unfortunately, our branch manager found some issues outside of normal wear and tear that we had to take into account when making our firm offer. Our inspection showed some rust issues throughout the vehicle, the check engine light was illuminated, and when we hooked up an OBD2 reader to the vehicle's onboard diagnostic computer, it returned a P2097 code. I pasted that code below for full transparency. Unfortunately, these items negatively impacted what we could offer for the vehicle.
