Great experience
My experience with Mr. Hector on Tuesday, December 16, 2024, was exceptional and the best customer service I have encountered in years. He exemplified the type of customer service that was once a requirement to secure a position. He was extremely knowledgeable and exhibited high level professionalism, which is rare these days. Mr.' Hector's actions are the type that earn employees an outstanding rating or bonus. I hope this email is shared out as an effort to continue motivating others. What pleasurable experience.

Easy if you’re prepared
It was fairly easy! I read online what to bring and made an appointment. The process was painless except for the surprising devaluation of the car because of some tiny dents they call hail damage without it having been in a hailstorm. I still appreciated the company’s willingness to see how well I took care of my care and to add back some of its value. There’s not much negotiation here or with Carmax. It’s the convenience you pay for. The process took about an hour and I left with check in hand. The communication was excellent. The car inspection thorough. I would use them again.

Competent and Speedy
Pedro was friendly, efficient, and thorough. About an hour to process a size-able amount of paperwork and check out the car. My only complaint is they paid less than their online offer… but they did offer slightly more than their competition after they were advised I had better offers than their initial offer.
