The whole process was collegial and efficient. We Buy honored their on-line estimate and handled all of the paperwork. We were in and out in under an hour. It was not the circus that other car buyers can sometimes feel like. Just small and personal.

Researching my car's estimated value on the company's website was easy. Setting up the appointment to take my car in for appraisal was easy. Branch manager Brendan Keenan met me on my arrival, was friendly and polite, answered all my questions, and finished his appraisal in about 20 minutes of inspection and test driving. The whole transaction from the start until I walked out the door with a check in my hand took one hour.The paperwork was handled expeditiously, and I got the amount I hoped to get. Sure took the hassle out of selling my car.
