I received the highest offer from webuyanycar, but was leery about pursuing it, because of the possibility of a fake high offer. I need not have worried. The appraiser did a thorough exam and did find a few minor issues. This resulted in a few hundred dollars taken off their offer, but I couldn’t argue too vociferously and we wound up compromising on the difference in price. All in all, the experience was businesslike and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to sell a car easily and quickly.

Fair treatment

Employee was friendly and nice but not honest about telling us what he looked at compared to what he reported on the computer and went as far as making up damage on the vehicle saying there was a large dent on the roof when there wasn’t, said he only noted it needed two front tires yet reported all 4, claimed there was damaged to two rims yet only showed pictures of one damaged rim and didn’t answer when I asked the location of the second rim, and reported a door was dented that wasn’t.

Update: I received a call from Matthew Remer about my review. We had a good discussion and when I gave him the full details of my experience, took notes and said they would take care of it on a business end and asked if I would change my review. Now I am receiving emails to change my review. If a customer leaving an honest review of their experience is this concerning then maybe you need to evaluate how customers are treated.
