Setteling on the sale value was fair.

My paperwork was not in order, which caused Will to make two extra one hour trips to complete the transaction. He was friendly, patient, and thorough in his explaining of each step of the process, including how the final offer was calculated. Overall, he made it simple and convenient.

Will was great to work with when he came to value are car and when he gave us an offer. He was very kind and helpful and full of knowledge. If I sold another car to you, I would want Will to come to make the offer and appraise it.

It was a very good experience. Our rep, Will was polite and helpful. The guys who came to pick up our car after the deal was made didn't have our phone number so came unannounced which threw us a little. All in all, webuyanycar.com was a good experience.

I think the initial bid and final price was not done in good faith. We started at $1500 and ended at less than $1000. Nickel and dime action for minor issues. A car that is more than 5 years old will have a few scratches. But charge a fee for repainting is not how business should conducted.
