Absolutely the best customer service ever and they really care about you not just another number or customer but genuinely like a human being. They were great with my daughter made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Very friendly, and worked through some of our documentation issues with a smile. Would highly recommend for a quick sale with a low hassle factor.

Miguel was great. I spoke to carmen the week before. I was just surprised that the worth of the car dropped in 5 days. Also I wasn't informed before the deal of your 500$ fee for title transfer etc. But I needed to sell car to put the money toward the care of my mother. I thought the 500 was steep. You should inform people ahead of time as to quick drop on price and additional 500 extra fee. I think you should inform people before the deal is done about the 500 fee not when your sitting there and all paperwork is done and then mention the fee

They made me feel comfortable when they discussed what the car was worth. They pointed out honestly what the problems were with the car and even though I didn't want to hear those problems they were real and had to be acknowledged. In the process they made me feel like a friend and they understood that I needed to get as much as I could for the car. Bottom line they gave me more than what the car was actually worth. I thank them for that.

We scheduled an appointment for 11 am and had to reschedule to noon at the request of the company. Ok we agreed to that expecting this experience would take less than 1 hour. Arrived just before noon and the person that was there was dealing with multiple issues which delayed the process for our vehicle. Long story short we got done around 2 pm and had to go back and forth to get an amount for the car that was finally agreed to. This process should not have taken as long as it did- the car we were selling was 17 years old so it is not going to be in pristine condition. Not sure we will go thru this process ever again. The person we dealt with was ok but had too much going on that day.

Excellent experience. Melinda was incredible definitely went above and beyond for me. She spent alot of time trying to get me the best price. In the end I got a price I felt the car was worth. Ty!
