Good communication and customers service

I have never experienced this level of disregard for a customer’s time and schedule. I was scheduled to have my car inspected at my home as part of the process of selling my vehicle. Unfortunately, the company stood me up twice.

The first time when the buyer Pierre Arzuman called I was understanding and willing to reschedule. However, the second experience was completely unacceptable. I waited through an entire four-hour appointment window, only to receive a call right before the end of the scheduled window telling me that they were “backed up” and would need to reschedule AGAIN.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already explained that I needed the inspection to take place on the scheduled day because of my own schedule. Despite knowing this, there was absolutely no flexibility, consideration, or effort to accommodate my situation.

So I essentially lost two days of my time sitting around waiting for a company that never showed up. If something comes up and you know you are going to miss an appointment, common courtesy would be to notify the customer as early as possible—not wait until the very end of a four-hour window.

Selling a car should not be this difficult. The complete lack of consideration for my time, the repeated rescheduling, and the poor communication were incredibly frustrating.

The worst part wasn’t even having to reschedule—it was the complete lack of respect for my time. There are plenty of companies competing for customers, and customer service like this is exactly why I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I got a good deal on my car. The manager that helped me was very nice, thorough, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend we buy any car.

The Manager was great, explained how the process worked, answered all my questions, and put up with me being somewhat leery of the process. Received the price I wanted and the whole process was about an hour. The Manager is very forthcoming and makes sure the client understands the process. His type is very rare to find in the car business. As a woman I appreciate that he treated me as an equal.

Craig was very open and honest the entire process. Top notch customer service is not normal for Florida and he exceeded all my expectations.

The vehicle was because Craig was extremely honest and very detailed with this thorough explanation of what the inspection process is gonna be and what the offer is going to be congratulations Mr.Craig we need more people like you.

The client service at this location is at the highest level of professional. Craig at the Port Saint Lucie location, took the time to explain the process and answer any questions that I had. The process was very simple and straightforward.
