Quick, courteous, professional: gave me about what I expected for the car.

Bernard was great, knowledgeable and very personable a true asset to your company

The amount of time that it takes is insane. I understand this was not the representatives fault but big company policies.If I were to scrap the vehicle all I have to do is sign the title and I'm done, 5-8 minutes. This took entirely TOO long. Needless to say that along with the low ball offer(vehicle damage) I wont be using your service ever again. Junk man would have given me more, you guys could have at least came close but nowhere near the junk man. Again I understand that this is no reflection of the customer service rep that handled it whom by the way was pleasant and went as fast as he could while waiting for paper work to go through corporate. Overall I was not impressed. I strongly encourage anyone else if you want to get rid of a vehicle that is scrap, call a scrap company, they will at least give you double what We buy any car will!!!!!
UPDATE: I am well aware that you are not a junkyard and that offering up money for basically a junk vehicle will still however in my opinion net you a financial gain. Ex? Offer for my vehicle is $100, call the junkyard and they offer you $300. Profit of $200 minus the representatives time. And the nice part is that the junkman comes to you. According to your records it took just over 30 minutes to complete the transaction, again I am only allowing folks to understand that they will get more money as well as less time if they decide to call the junkyard. It's a completely honest observation from personally using we buy any car. I was not happy with the offer only because it was $200 less than the junkyard offered even without seeing the vehicle but I was there and didn't want to drive the vehicle back home, it was taking up space. I appreciate the offer to hand the car back over but it's not worth the hassle, thank you.
If I remember correctly I selected damage(rust) to both rear quarters which there is. The vehicle did not have rocker damage the frame is bad on both sides near the rear quarters, it was not the rocker panels and your web site does not have an option to choose frame damage-I completely expected the value to go down from the original offer on the website, this was not a shocker.

There is no need to seek a resolution to this matter. I understand the business and I am only suggesting to people who might be in this situation and who may need to get the most out of their junk vehicle that they should consider calling a junkyard before using your service. I would hope that if someone was selling you a vehicle that was in good condition that you would offer up the KBB price at the time of sale.

Again I appreciate that you reached out to offer up a resolution but there is no need.

I was not upset over the entire process I was merely commenting about my experience like I was asked to do. There are other options out there for folks who might be trying to get rid of basically a junk car. I also want to again state that the representative did a great job and was very understanding and even apologetic over the offer and folks need to know that it was a pleasant experience working with Terry

Bernard was so personable, but professional as well, with swift service. If it were just him, it would be five stars, as he was a joy for my wife and I to speak with. But the previous cash offer was bigger by more than a thousand bucks, though the offer we took was reasonable enough to take it rather than kill the deal.
