I called to have an overview of what to expect. The experience was quick and to the point.

Christani was awesome. This is our second car that my wife and I have sold through We Buy any car.The young man (Christian Arcati) at the Plainfield location is spectacular and should be rewarded for his hard work and good nature.

The manager explained the process, fees, car inspection results send subsequent deductions.

The whole process was very transparent and relatively quick considering all the paperwork that is required.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. My son and I inquired and made an appointment to sell the vehicle he inherited from my deceased parents. The car was having some issues and we decided to sell because the fix would have been too much for my son to repair. My appointment was with Miguel at the Plainfield location. Upon arriving we were greeted with a big smile. He walked us through the steps and was so pleasant. I felt as though I was with a family member! He did a fantastic job making sure we walked out of there satisfied. He definitely went above and beyond! I would recommend Miguel, and of course webuyanycar in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their vehicle. Thank you again Miguel!!!!

Christian was a pleasure to deal with. I honestly enjoyed my time there because of the conversations we were having. I did get a little less than I thought I would for my car after the inspection, but a Christian explained step by step how the process works, what the issues were and we were able to make a deal. If I have to sell a car again, I will not hesitate to go back if Christian is there.

Went to Plainfield location. The manager Christian was efficient. Called to initially walk thru what is needed for me to bring to sell the vehicle. On reaching spent time reviewing the vehicle and gave me the final price. Once I accepted the price the paper work for done, took about 20-25 minutes print and sign all documents and handed me the cheque. Spent little over an hour to complete the transaction.

My experience with you guys was awesome I was blown away at the treatment I was given from start to finish it was absolutely amazing no pressure no double talk he made me very very comfortable if I have another car to sell I’ll sell to you thank you for a great job well done your the best!!!

I believe the price was fair and the service was outstanding I will tell others about the experience. I will start here first when selling a car thank again.
