Tommy was very patient and helpful with buying my car. They also give a voucher for Lyft which helped out a lot since I didn’t have a second driver available to get back home after leaving my car. Be prepared to leave your car once the offer is made.

I needed to sell my car to help a family member, who really needed the finances. I came to We Buy Cars to get a fair price for my vehicle. I expected one price, but due to some hidden issues with the vehicles, I excepted another price. Tommy Lancaster was very professional with his approach on the sell. He explained all the steps that was used to get to the final price. He helped me negotiate the final price. I would recommend We Buy Cars to anyone looking to sell their vehicle.

I wanted to leave a review because Tommy truly deserves all of the positive reviews hanging on his office wall—and I hope this one makes it up there too!

I was honestly hesitant to use We Buy Cars after reading a handful of unfavorable reviews online. With over 70,000 reviews, I knew I hadn't even scratched the surface, but those few negative ones still made me nervous.

I called Tommy before scheduling, and he took the time to answer every question, explain the process from start to finish, and put my mind at ease.

Life happened, and I had to cancel my appointment a couple of times, but Tommy was incredibly understanding and flexible when it came to rescheduling.

When I finally brought my car in, Tommy walked me through every step of the inspection and explained exactly what he was looking at. It was a relatively straight forward process that moved along as previously explained. At my request, Tommy also checked on negotiating the amount offered to what was a slightly higher but more fair amount.
