Matt and his associate Shawn were very professional and knowledgeable about their business. My wife and I felt comfortable and we would do business with them anytime. There should be more service providers like them.

Friendly staff on all interactions, whether by phone or in person. Nice well-kept facility in a convenient location. Fast appraisal with pictorial explanations of their findings. Much paperwork signing, but it gave me a sense of documentation safety and completeness. The staff was very competent and finished my transaction with an immediately cashable check.

Overall I was pleased with the service I received. The only knock I have is I believe WeBuyAnyCar should have specific guidelines for customers who are selling a vehicle when the title includes the name of a person that has died. Initially they indicated all we needed was a death certificate, but we needed more notarized documents that required multiple trips to their offices to resolve. The people I dealt with were very personable and great to work with. They just were not aware of all that was needed either until they submitted paperwork to their offices. Many thanks to Quentin and Matt for their help!!
