Aiden made it a fun experience and tolerated our children very well. We tried very hard to clean our car. The offer was different from the Internet showed but he made that very clear and we took the offer.

Brought my truck into the maple grove location. It was a pretty simple and straightforward process. I was fair in my expectations and they were fair in their offer. Wish I would have used them in the past, and will use them in the future. Customer service was great.

Could not have asked for more prompt, courteous treatment by Mr. Howell. While the value of the vehicle being sold was modest, he was thorough and honest in appraising vehicle and earned my business when I need to sell a vehicle in the future.

Quintin was phenomenal! He really cares about the customer and takes time to educate and inform the customer to make sure they are getting the best of the best. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!

Transaction went smooth. Branch manager David was a pleasant to work with. He thoroughly explained the process, and gave me a quick history of webuyanycar which I appreciated. Would not hesitate to sell another vehicle to David.

The process went well and the price was good. I initially reviewed that the appointment took about double the expected time. However, after the fact Dave, at the local branch, and the corporate office both reached out to get feedback and make sure all was resolved. Overall it was a convenient process and great customer service.

I think the price was fair, but the process took about two hours. I was expecting one hour based on the appointment slots.
Edit: After the service, We Buy Any Car provided great communication, including contacting me to provide some compensation for the extra time taken during the appointment. Overall, a professional team, a simple experience and a fair price for the vehicle.
