Great experience!

Herb the agent was very professional , courteous, and explained the process for us

The transaction was smoothly handled, no wait, no hassle. I had an appointment and was delayed 15 minutes in reaching on time, still my request is processed. The only negative was, the assessment was done for $2200 manually, but computer generated assessment was $381. Felt sad but, had to accept the final offer increased by $500 after bargain. Wished I got slightly more than that, as that vehicle deserves little more than the offer I accepted. I could have stepped out but the people are so good I was convinced. Sold my car.

Got a call from area sales manager Patrick, he listened to my concern and explained me their situation, offered me a bonus payment of additional $200 dollars.

I really appreciate their follow up on customer satisfaction survey and making customers happy. I recommend to my friends for sure.
