Excellent customer service with full transparency during the inspection. I was not forced to sell on the spot and was made aware that the transaction needed to be completed by the end of the week. Upon return, payment was made in a timely manner.

Overall good, but didn't like the surprise $400+ charge.
Overall, it was a good experience. It takes about an hour for them to evaluate your car. I was quoted $30,100 for a practically-new car (less than 8k miles, 2023 model Toyota). At the end of the process, they came up with $29,600. I complained that the online quote was $30,100 and they "asked management" to adjust it, coming back with $29,860. I think this type of practice is underhanded.
