While the in store staff was professional and curteous, the corporate buyer was very obviously undercutting the previous offer. We had been in three and a half weeks earlier and received an offer of $16,000 - which was a low ball offer to begin with since the online iffer was $18,250. We do understand the value of vehicles and the market for selling. That does not warrant dropping the offer by another $1,700 dollars just because "July and August are months that are harder to sell vehicles." Ultimately corporate came up to $15,000, still well below market value of the vehicle by almost $10,000, which will be a hefty profit for your company. We did accept the $15,000 because we could still minimally meet our needs, but we did feel that corporate's greed did not have our best interests in mind. Please know that Donny and Patrick were WONDERFUL.

Donny treats customers respectfully and provides detailed explanations on what he’s doing while evaluating the vehicles. Pleasant to work with.

Donnie was pleasant and personable. He was honest in evaluating the car and thorough. The price we were given was 20% below the offer before arriving. He was able to get half of that loss back but for a car in perfect order it was less than it should have been. Still waiting to make sure everything gets paid off. Just expect at least 10% less than the online offer and probably more as ours was in tiptop shape and still were dinged. Also had to wait over an hour after our scheduled time to even begin the process.
