I had a fantastic experience at the Lawrence Branch! Pete Sciarrotta was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the selling experience was as seamless as possible. The whole process took no more than an hour with the finalization process was stress-free and pleasant.

My experience was a very positive. It was fast and I received a very good offer for my SUV. Once the paper work was completed which was about 20 mins and approved by the main office I had a check in my hand. This was an excellent experience for the sale of my car. I feel if you are ready to sell your car, this company was fast and easy and give a fair price for your vehicle.

These folks offered the best deal for my vehicle and were prompt sending their offer in via email as soon as I'd filed out some very basic details on the car. They were upfront about the offer details, possible gotchas, process, etc. Their pricing is market driven and they'll call you back if the price goes up or down in case you're still thinking about the sale. They have an office in a safe yet busy location that's under video surveillance. Plenty of parking and out representative, Pete, was very professional and efficient despite a last minute glitch when printing our check. The inspections and appraisal was quick, fair, and they do not pressure you to decide. The system glitch resolution was an opportunity to see how well their centralized corporate support system worked. Great experience overall.

From the time, that I walked up to the front door I was welcomed by Andrew with a big smile and he proceeded with introducing me to Pete who immediately made me feel at home as he went over the documents in a very friendly manner in the mean time we were chatting about the old neighborhood we used to live in like two old buddies. After Pete inspected the car he fed all the information in the computer and he came up with a price we discussed it and again didn't feel uncomfortable made a decision and we had a deal sealed it with a handshake, and the rest was just signing a lot of papers and then there was the check just like that, I guess I made myself a friend thanks again Pete.
