Rude and disrespectful
I went to 834 W Fifth St, Lansdale, PA 19446 branch of webuyanycars.com and this old guy on the reception was so rude, disrespectful and mean to me he was already frustrated with his things, he did not even check my car I request him to get treated before talking to customers never expected this

Jim is a great guy and the process was very easy. The experience of selling our car there is much nicer than trading in our vehicle in a dealership. We will go there again in the future if we have to sell our car.
