The whole process was seamless. I received the online quote, booked the appointment, and sold my car. Felix called me before my appointment to make sure he had everything ready to go for my appointment. He explained everything and was very friendly. I was very happy with their offer for my vehicle! 10/10 I would recommend using this company particularly this location!

Terrible experience.. was going to sell for a lousy $100 but have an issue on title with a lien release that should have been done in 2009.
Okay, that doesn’t work out but for some reason and you can’t buy my car. I get it.
But why in the world does it take two weeks to get my car back from where I made the transaction (Langhorne, PA).
Customer service was awful with poor responses and response time.
Update on 9/12: I was finally contacted by Jeff Capalde and he was very helpful in addressing and helping this situation come to a close.
9/15- well it looks like webuyanycar screwed me after all.. They scraped off my inspection sticker while they held my car(why?) and now I can’t even get a replacement sticker do I can’t even drive it anymore…. WTF
Stay away from this business!! I’ll be reporting to the BBB shortly and maybe a local news station!

Felix, the agent I dealt with,;was really just very welcoming, informative, professional but at the same time was genuinely friendly, empathetic, understanding my situation and made working with him a simple, straightforward experience. He was just a really nice person, doing a job he seemed very skilled at.
I was on a time frame, which I let Feix know. We worked that into the way we set up the financial decisions that I needed to make. Felix gave me viable options and allowed me to decide on what really worked best for ME, while I, believe, doing an admirable job for his company. We had everything done in a matter of a couple of hours. Complete, the way the business concluded, I felt fairly treated, honestly dealt with, and relieved that I could go on with my plans without having any loose ends.
It was great.
Also, the woman with whom I first spoke(I cannot recall her name, my apologies), was herself very informative friendly and a genuine pleasure to speak with. We spoke a couple ofvtime , confirming the location of the office, which my map app was having trouble with.
She was patient, understanding and funny!
Both of these people are great assets to your company.
