Calming and trustworthy and kind
Your representative was was calm and kind and explained everything thoroughly and was not rushed or pushy. In fact, your representative is a person I would do business again in a heartbeat. Thank you for becoming a trusted business. This was especially welcome because that was my 60th birthday and I was giving up my very first car. I only learned to drive 12 years ago!
