Exceptional experience with Jonathan!
I had an exceptional experience with Jonathan at Webuyanycar.com location in Kissimmee. He was very friendly and explained from start to finish how the processed worked and what was entailed. He answered all of my questions carefully, and also did an thorough inspection of the car. I wasn't sure if I was going to sell it today or not, and he never pressured me to do so. He gave me all of the information and made an offer which was very fair, much higher than the dealer was going to give me on trade. It was a good enough deal that we made the deal on the spot, and I took an Uber home. Jonathan was easy to talk to, and I genuinely enjoyed meeting him and working through the transaction. I had the money in my bank account via Zelle before my Uber even got there after we signed the paperwork. The whole process took about 90 minutes but would probably have been faster if we weren't having such a great conversation, honestly. Thanks Jonathan!

Selling a vehicle typically takes about an hour, and from arrival to funds being deposited, your transaction was completed within that timeframe—which is much faster than most traditional selling methods. However, we understand that the process may have felt longer than expected.
Regarding the valuation, our online estimate is based on the details entered by the customer. In this case, the trim selected online was Sport Utility 4D Choice 4WD, but the vehicle was actually a Sport Utility 4D Value RWD. Additionally, while the vehicle was reported as having no issues, our professional appraisal identified several concerns, including aftermarket components, prior repair work, scratches and dents, damaged interior parts, inoperable windows, and some mechanical observations such as engine belt noise. A diagnostic scan also revealed a fault code related to the remote anti-theft system. These findings required adjustments to the valuation to reflect the true condition of the vehicle.
We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see. Our goal is always to provide a fair and transparent offer based on verified condition, and we regret that this led to disappointment in your case.
