The process is simple, but offer falls short of online offer.
The process is very simple, quick, and works well. However, I believe they inflate the online offer in order to get you in, which generates false expectations. Patrick at the Jefferson Hills office is very knowledgeable and fair.

Our appointment was changed from 5:00…
Our appointment was changed from 5:00 to 6:00 , the sales person got a little upset with the change in time. During our appointment with him , he seem to get better and he really calmed down. At first he wasn’t very nice to us and not very professional. We just wanted to finish our deal and leave. It was not his fault that the appointment got changed but he didn’t need to act anger to us.
