Overall a good experience. Took a bit longer than I thought and they haggled the price down from the online quote significantly, but I was kind of anticipating that. Overall, the exchange was pleasant and the representative was friendly and easy to work with. Explained the process as we went.

We understand wanting to maximize the resale value of your 2008 Nissan Versa with 214,000 miles. Like any reputable buyer, we price vehicles based on condition. During every appointment we must conduct a physical appraisal of the vehicle, checking for any physical, mechanical, or safety issues. Additionally, we also pull a third-party vehicle history report like CARFAX or Experian AutoCheck. If we find damage or areas of concern we were previously unaware of, we need to take them into consideration when making our firm offer.
I'm so pleased that Area Manager Roshunda was able to connect with you directly and address your concerns Destiny. Roshunda reported it was a positive and productive conversation. We understand we had a slight breakdown in our process, we didn’t have you join us for the inspection and our assessment wasn’t explained in detail. Fair and efficient process in selling a used car
Tom was very thorough in explaining the process for determining the value of my car. He went through each step quickly and efficiently. Based on the condition of the car, I think I was given a fair appraisal and walked out with a check in my hand. He also made the process enjoyable. The most important thing to me, there was no pressure to sell. A couple was in the shop just before me and decided not to sell. There was no pressure to change their minds, just that he was available if they did.

Laughs and a great sale
Tom was very friendly, awesome company through the whole process professional and still had great laughs and awesome conversation making the whole process simply enjoyable. Love that webuyanycar offered the most for my car than any other including Carvana!

Simple Process / User Friendly
Our experience with We Buy Any Car was good! Although we wish we were able to get a little more for our used vehicle, Tom was friendly and made the process nice & easy. We were out of there (with a check in hand) in about 45 mins or so, and will consider using this service again for future vehicles.

Management was wonderful. Very detailed with a smile. He explained the reason I received the offer. People like him make this world a better place to live.
