I think they underbid my car value
When I originally reviewed, we buy any cars I said that I thought that they undervalued my car. I was contacted by a manager Jeff from the company who apologized for my experience and sent me a check for more money to make up for my experience. I was surprised that they followed up like that to make sure that my experience was a positive one. I would recommend we buy any cars because they stand behind their company and want to make sure that the customer has a positive experience.
