Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. Very personable and explained each step.

Jorge was great to work with . He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The only thing I would say is the assessment received online is deceiving, especially when all the details are provided upfront and you get low-balled 75% for a salvaged title. The assessment amount should be less the 75% so you are not shocked and feel ripped off again when being completed online. The process took quite a while as well considering the vehicle was owned outright. The office was very plain and seemed a bit sketchy.

Maybe you did not read my review very carefully. I totally understand that you need to see the car. And you did and you said it was in great shape except a small scratch on the bumper which is nowhere near $1000. You stated it was because it was a convertible an from Minnesota .... both things you knew when you gave me the initial quote.

On the phone you told me the car was worth $9,300. After the inspection, there was a small scratch on the bumper, but other than that you said it was in great shape. Then the offer came back at $8,300 and you said it was because it was a convertible in Minnesota so you had to deduction $1,000 for that. The issue to me is you knew that before I even brought the car in. I feel like I got the old bait and switch. Plus it took and hour and a half because the saleman had to check back with both someone on the phone and wait for approval over the computer for everything. Not a great experience at all.

Matt at the Fridley location was awesome. Professional, easy going, detail-oriented. The reason I went with this company is because it was the only one in my area rated A+ on BBB. I saw lots of other companies with reviews saying that they got swindled, the company didn't transfer the title etc. But not at We But Any Car USA. You get receipts!!! Confirmations!!! Peace of mind when you're getting rid of an old vehicle. Huge weight off my mind!

Seamless process. We got a decent payout on our vehicle. We asked for a million dollars but apparently that’s not what it was worth. Most definitely will be using this company and Matt’s helpfulness and service in the future.
