Used the mobile buying service. Emailed the requested car pictures and documentation. Received a call back the same day and scheduled an appointment for home visit. Took about an hour for car inspection and we began handling paperwork for the sale. Car ready for pick up (keys attached via lock box). Check provided and sale completed.

It was easy to do. Final offer and what I got was less than the online quote, but it was still more than Carmax. I would try them again. The worst thing that can happen is you don't accept their offer.

Within 90 minutes the car was sold and I had a check in hand. All paperwork was done on site. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their vehicle.

Easy and fast

Ken, the gentleman we worked with was extremely helpful, especially given that we had a big documentation problem (with a lien release) and torrential rain. We had previously visited a competitor, but we decided to go with We Buy Any Car, largely based upon Ken's effort, patience, and willingness to help. The process was smooth and took about 45 minutes before I left with a check in hand. A small amount was deducted for needed repairs, but they were reasonable deductions. There was no pressure to cut the offer like there was with competitors.
