I had a better offer from a company right down the road. But , the guy we worked with was Very honest. Up front about fees. And explained how they came up with figure. He was very respectful. Not just to me ,but my girlfriend.

Mylann was very courteous. He made me feel comfortable, and the process was easy. Even though the offer was not as much as what was evaluated online, it was still a generous offer and more than the trade-in value of the truck.
