The location I visited gave me a candid, honest assessment of my vehicle in the way that is not condescending or trying to pull something off. I had my own referred price of my vehicle and the person in charge was willing to take my opinion into account to reach a reasonable, acceptable price.

Everything was extremely easy, transparent and reasonable fast. Bernardo gave great service and made everything easy. Highly recommend for someone trying to offload an unwanted vehicle quickly.

Quickly received a reasonable offer, and received a check less than half an hour later. Bernardo was friendly and efficient, and there were no hassles or hidden fees. I would be happy to deal with him again if I have another car to sell.

The young man helping me was pleasant. The only issue I have is the offer was $960.00 higher than they paid me. They chagred me $319.00 to transfer ownership (That should be their cost). I can undersstand them splitting it with me, but me paying for the whole fee unacceptable! If I told the dealership to pay that fee they'd laugh at me.

Customer service excellent and completed as quickly as can be expected, but the car is worth nearly 3x what we were given because the engine, transmission, and other major system parts were in great shape—a major win for the company, not so much for us.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE..THEY WILL SEND YOU A HIGH BUY PRICE, THEN WHEN THEY LOOK OVER YOUR VEHICLE THEY CHOP, CHOP, CHOP IT AWAY AND BLAME THE MARKET AND RESALE VALUES...WHAT A JOKE. JUST WENT THERE AND INITIALLY OFFERE $29,920 THEN SAID BEST THEY CAN DO IS $24,000..BIGGEST WASTEVOD YOUR TIME....THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON. And now the representative calls me worried bc of what I wrote...if your a stand up company you would try to convince someone to change their review of you, you be a better company and transparent. But when your snakes you try to sway whats written. Best of luck to you in NJ..people will not tolerate it, they are not idiots around here.
